Length of AP is all based on what they are requiring. Or if they have to do some background, or field test. it's all relative to the individual petition. Most out of Lagos wither get approved or denied and 221g asking for simple things like more chats, or phone records or pics.

Your timeline says you have had 2 interviews. What was the focus on each? The first why did you get a 221g what did they need? the 2nd what did they need?

The second interview they stated they needed more pics, we provided them....than when we came back with the pics they said they wanted contact sheets filled out for my husbands previous address and the new address. that was in may and than they told us they would have an answer in 60 days from original interview date which was 4/29 we have sent emails from both my husband and myself, they keep telling us they are back logged and still working on our case....

I was there for 4 months with him there so they will know of me, and I have been to his last address as well....so im not too worried...I just wish

they would finish up.

You might try having your Congressman sending an inquiry on your behalf. This helped us expedite a 2nd interview date. They may not find anything out, but it seems to prompt your case to get looked at.
