Hey again!

(I tried to write 2 posts since people might have the same question..)

Do you think I should add his upcoming travel itinerary in my I129F filling?

I'm sending the petition next week but my fiancé is coming next month for a week and he already booked his ticket.

Also, I was wondering if each documents need a legend..

Thanks for your help!

Hi Gotham10011,

are you using the booking as the proof for having met your fiance in the last two years, so just a proof of ongoing relationship? In the first case, I wouldn't think that it would work as a proof, in the second case, it would be ok I guess. We have also filed together with other documentation my boarding passes as a proof of ongoing relationship at the moment of filing.

Good luck :)

I wanted to use it as a proof of an ongoing relationship even it's not really needed..

In my opinion, several pictures of my fiancé should be "enough" for proof of having met my fiancé.

I feel previous boarding passes and stamps are an extra proof.

Thanks Allajustin!

Boarding passes, passport stamps are primary evidence, pictures are secondary evidence - pictures do not prove you meet within the past 2 years, they just prove you were together - not when.

For the I-129F you only need to provide proof of having met within the past 2 years, ongoing relationship evidence is for the visa interview.
