All you can do is be patient. They will get to you once they get to you. All you can do is wait.

There is no hard and fast rule as to how quickly they process RFE responses but most people tend to be anywhere in the 2-6 week mark. So your turn should be coming in the following weeks. Good luck!

Thankyou very much but I m little nervous right now because people sent after me they already got response

And what's the percentage to be called for interview

This doesn't mean anything. Different cases get assigned to different case workers. Some finish quicker than others, others take their sweet time, and that's why.

As for interviews, I'm not sure of the exact percentage but it's relatively low at ROC stage. The vast majority of interviews are reserved either for cases with big red flags or cases that change marital status mid process or who file with a divorce waiver etc. Sometimes standard cases of joint petitions are selected for an interview as well, but this tends to be a very small number.

Don't worry and you'll hear back soon enough.

Did you get a receipt for your submission?

I believe you have to call after 60 days.....

According to what I've read most people don't receive receipts for RFE just the notice. Yes, I've called twice and emailed them twice. I know got my U.S representative involved and he said he will get a response and will let me know whats going on. I can do nothing more than wait. mad.gif

I think you should call again. I got an RFE and responded. When you respond, you do not get any notice of submission, that is why is important to send it with delivery confirmation.

Did not hear anything for weeks and when i called, they told me to only call after 60 days have passed. You are way over 3 months, just keep calling and bugging them.

I received a response after 5 weeks. They approved and already got my card last week.

Good luck.

I though some people mentioned they get a response that says that it should take 14 days to process the RFE and to call after 60 days.

No. They are referring to the actual RFE letter you receive. If you read it carefully, it says that at the end of the letter: that they will review your response to the RFE within 14 days of receiving it, which BTW doesn't mean it will take 14 days, it only means they should look at it within 14 days of receipt. And that if you haven't heard anything after 60 days, then call them.
