Yes, this is a denial. You will know why once you receive the letter.

At this stage most denials are from lack of required documents, no response to an RFE or things like ineligibility... like you they think you were not legally married, or legally allowed to marry each other (no divorce papers, etc.)

You can either let us know here what you did send with your packet and any additional details and we can try to help figure it out, or you can just wait for the letter to arrive with the details.

i dont have no idea really why but after when i sent the i 130 i changed my last time that's all

we are married and we do have babe togther

i did sent all what we need for the i 130 pics ticket phone bills everything my husband was add on

we didnt get rfe or anything we did wait over 8 months and that's what we got is denial

I saw your timeline you have got your NOA1 on the 2012-11-07 , that means all your papers are ok ,really it is confusing

What do you mean when you say "i changed my last time that's all"?

They do not need to see things your husbands name is on like phone bills at this stage, they do not expect you to have things together when you do not live together yet. They needed to see a marriage certificate, any divorce papers if either was married before (proof you were eligible to marry), the required forms/paperwork/fee and bonafide relationship proof such as letters, emails, pictures, gifts/recipts, family meeting, prrof of time spent together, etc. Did you send all of these things as well?

Was it his first marriage? And was it a legal marriage? Or an Islamic marriage only? It needs to registered with the administration.
Did anyone ever file to bring him over before?

There are far too many possibilities here at this stage so unfortunately if you cannot see what was wrong with the petition itself, then you will have to wait for the letter.

as i said she got her NOA1 so all the papres are ok..but the denial is confusing !!!
