I asked my congressman to please check on my case because of the slowness in processing at the VSC. I got a response today:

The officials at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Vermont Service Center (VSC) recently provided me with an interim report on your pending case. An officer of the agency informed a member of my staff that your file has been sent to a Field Office for completion of process.

My office will contact you when I receive any updates regarding your case. If you do not receive a notice by July 28, 2013, please contact Mercedes on my staff at (407) 254-2573 or toll-free for Florida residents at (866) 630-7106. Although I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, I will do my best to ensure you receive a fair and timely response.

Sorry, I don't know what that means for a K1 application.

I don't think that's normal though.

hello! it seems to me you are also transferred to Texas. I belong to the first batch of transferees (May 29th with NOA1 Dec18 2012).

10/21/15 - I-751 Packet mailed via USPS (2 day Priority Mail)

10/23/15 - Delivered to USCIS California Service Center

10/27/15 - $590 charged to account.

10/29/15 - received NOA dated 10/23/15

11/06/15 - Biometrics received for 11/18/15 appointment

~ Moved from K-1 Process to K-1 Progress Reports ~

The online updates are telling people they were transferred to their local office. Local offices do not process the I-129F petitions. The cases have actually been transferred to the TSC.

I received my letter in the mail today. My case is in Texas now.

Hello, we belong to the first batch too but until now we dont have any news... So hard... When all we want is to be together forever :-(

Hello! Just have faith. I can see in your timeline you are a dec16 NOA1. There are still alot of VJers from December waiting for their Approval but I am pretty sure with Texas already approved good number of petition, yours is coming soon :)
