Timeline

VSC and TSC has been performing really good this week, VSC even approved 8 filers yesterday and TSC had 5 while CSC only approved 3...

CSC please please don't slow down!!!

09-03-2011 - Met in Shanghai and became a couple a week later
03-11-2013 - Engaged
03-21-2013 - I-129F Sent
03-27-2013 - NOA 1
07-09-2013 - RFE!!!
07-15-2013 - RFE hard copy received
07-22-2013 - RFE sent
07-26-2013 - RFE delivered
08-06-2013 - NOA 2 Finally
09-03-2013 - NVC Arrived
09-06-2013 - NVC sent

Timeline

VSC approved 1 case yesterday and 2 cases today from VJ filers. 2 of those approved were expedite cases. All the rest were cases transferred to TSC. VSC has been very slow since transferring cases to TSC on MAY 24.

i think CSC slowed down a bit but back on track today if i'm right though. i see that they approved 6 for 19 and just 3 for 17,18.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

Yeah, one or two adjuctators must have just had a day off or it just happened that more approvals were of non-VJ members than usual. But CSC is still overall much slower than they were a few weeks ago.

VSC shipped their backlog to TSC and are now processing files at VSC at the same dates as CSC, even officially changing their processing times back to 5 months. Right now, you need to examine the NOA1 dates of the approvals at VSC on Igor's to know which are coming from TSC instead of from VSC.
