I'd like to know about non us citizen and non green card holder can make co sponsor for k1 if Petitioner on disability?

No. Needs to be a LPR or USC for sponsorship and has to send in proof of either a copy of green card or passport/birth certificate for USC. Also needed tax transcripts of the last three years - if it's a non-USC and non-LPR they wouldn't have any taxes to report (*except in certain cases where IRS would want their share based on substantial presence test)

I'd like to ask one more question.

I am not clear about LPR.

It's means only for Green Card holder?

Permanent Resident Alien and Resident Alien Permit Holder also called who have Green Card.

If they have a grencard, they are greencard holders.

I have not heard of someone being called "Resident Alien Permit Holder", how is that different from a legal permanent resident? Is it something to do with TPS or refugees?
