RFE

Hi everyone,

I received an RFE for not having photos together that prove me met. We have lots of other proof though. We also have new photos together from a more recent meeting. Is there anything we can do now? I can't give them the photos they want as they were not taken, but we have lots of other proof plus a new meeting with photos. Are they going to just reject us again after I send the RFE since I don't have what they are looking for?

Send them the new photos. Even though they're new, at least USCIS can no longer say you haven't met, ha ha. Throw in a few affidavits from family and friends if you can, and I would provide all that other proof you've got as well, even if they didn't ask for it. It wouldn't hurt.

And no worries, honey. RFEs happen to the best of us, but we get up and over. x

I would send in the photos and send in any information you have. You sure you have no photos of your first meeting even a facebook post? Do you have boarding passes that you sent too??

What is your timeline ony our visa?

What exactly does the RFE say? Are they really asking you for photos only? Photos are only secondary evidence and do not prove meeting. They don't usually ask for just photos in an RFE for proof of meeting,
