Just great! Just when I thought that my process was going to be fast during the NVC stage they changed the AOS I-864 form (which I already knew about for awhile but wasn't worried about my processing time)! But I didn't know the officers at NVC didn't know how to review them which means it could take longer for them to invoice the AOS bill and review my AOS packet! Out of all the things in the world, why in the hell did they do this during my process!?! :( I'm literally going crazy right now!

I called NVC today and the man on the phone told me that they are still accepting the old I-864 forms and that they do not have a set date of when they are going to stop using the old one, sooo I don't know, I'm just upset about this whole thing.. :(

They've had mine since April 29 and nothing. I sent in my step-son's AOS again with the old form.

What a waste of an entire month!! Frikkin idiots! They put the new form on the site for us to use and they don't even know how to review it??

Typical incompetent Govt.!!

Gonna try again.

This is great, just great. I have had the worst luck in my process and at almost a year. First USCIS lost my paperwork between them and NVC for 2 months now this. I just submitted the new AOS form 2 weeks ago. I am trying to do everything right and I keep getting screwed.

Should I resend the AOS on the old form?

I am calling everyday from here on out until I get a friggin answer on whats going on with this new I-864 form, I called again today and at first they told me they were waiting for me to send in my forms, I sent in the forms and related paper work a month ago, and told them I used UPS and tracked the packages, she then said she made a mistake and they had all the paper work, they are just waiting to review it?? #######, so then I brought up the question about them not being able to review the new I-864 form, she said that is correct and they are waiting on USCIS to give them the correct procedure---- FUBAR BRO!!!!!!ranting33va.gifClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif

Nope, i wont matter, because even though if you send the old form and gets reviewed, they will still have the new form in their sistem, so , until they dont review the new form they will have you on hold anyways.

What if they invoice me the AOS bill, do you think I should send the old AOS form(obviously if its before June 22nd)? Will that make my process faster or should I say normal? Edited by Jeisson&Ellie
