Hey guys,

I am about to mail out my AOS package.(by tomorrow). I just thought i should run the whole package with the forum to see if anything is missing and what not.

Below is a copy of the cover letter that would go with the package. The set up is exactly as described in the cover letter:

Concurrent Filing of I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization), I-864 (Affidavit of Support)

Beneficiary (Alien Spouse): xxxxxx

Dear Sir/ Madam:

Please kindly find enclosed concurrent filing of forms: I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization), I- 864 (Affidavit of Support)

Contents include:

1. Check in the amount of US $1490 for AOS Concurrent Filing

2. Form G1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance

3. I-130 Petition For Alien Relative

• Copy of US Citizen’s birth certificate

• Copy of US Citizen’s passport

• Copy of marriage certificate

• G325A signed by US Citizen

• G325A signed by beneficiary

• Passport photo of US Citizen (attached with a paper clip to Form I-130 and signed)

• Passport photo of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-130 and signed)

• Copy of Divorce Decree(From Previous Marriage)

• Evidence of Bona fide Marriage

- Copy of joint bank account information

- Copy of home rental insurance

- Copy of Utility bills(Power, Cable)

- Picture that document relationship and marriage

4. I-485 Application To Register Permanent Residence Or Adjust Status

• Continuation pages for Form I-485

• Cover Letter explaining lack of Form 1-94

• Alternative evidence for proof of entry

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa

• 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-485 and signed)

• Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Completed by a Civil Surgeon sealed in an envelope)

• G325A

5. I-765 Application For Employment Document

• 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-765 and signed)

• Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa

6. I-864 Affidavit of Support

• Evidence of Income:

- Job Employment letter.

• Copy IRS Tax Documents for 2012 tax year

• Copy IRS Tax Documents for 2011 tax year( are the documents for this year necessary? or only 2012 is enough???)

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

What is your alternative evidence for proof of entry? Which non-immigrant visa?

AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

It looks like all the documents all ok. One questions for you: why did you included the I-130?

The 130 is part of the required AOS documents i believe..

What is your alternative evidence for proof of entry? Which non-immigrant visa?

F-1 is the non-immigrant visa..

and alternative proof include: Flight Itenirary, Stamped Visa Page on passport, 1-120 which is also stamped and a note from the USCIS officer from my info-pass meeting.(http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/426799-102-form-and-aos/#entry6220863)

You should have two separate checks, one for $420 for the I-130, and one for $1070 for the I-485.

Not applying for advance parole? (I-131)

Actually it isnt important if they are seperated or not. I used one check for it all and it was cashed just fine.

i wont be leaving the country within the time frame of the processing time. So i didnt see the need to. Maybe i should have? eh *shrugs*
