NOA...? not sure what this is that I received..please help

Hi all

After almost exactly 5 months (since our application was received and got the I-797C) I received the following email

Not really sure what it is telling me.....I am hoping it is good news....but it does not say

that the "other processing office" is the Manila embassy

I feel worried.....here is what it says::::

Everyone has been posting about it today, make sure to check out topics created by other people and you'll find your answers.

(It might mean your center was snowed in with applications, so they decided to send it else where so it could move along faster, so no worries!)

I just saw the other postings today......I don't frequent this board so when I got here...I just jumped into my post....then saw that we are all
