It looks good but it is hard to go through because there is a lot of extraneous items.

For instance, you don't need DL and SSN card for the petitioner anywhere.

You don't need to duplicate marriage certificate for I-485, or your daughter's BC, or two copies of your marriage cert (one regular and one certified). All extraneous.

I do hope you have tax returns for the main sponsor. I would also recommend proof of current employment for the co-sponsor.

I am guessing you don't have a I-94?

Thank you for replying, and yes i don't have I-94. I crossed buffalo NY on greyhound bus on 2007 and i did not get any of these documents. Went through inspection and all. Would it be a problem if i don't have it?

About my wife as main sponsor, i did include a 2012 fed tax transcript.

Co-sponsor i would have to ask for a copy of her pay stub.

Thank you again.

Canadians generally don;t get I-94s, but it is up to you to prove your legal entry. Do you have your old bus ticket or other receipts of that trip?

Not applying for I-131?

Also, I don't see the I-693 medical exam sealed envelope in the I-485 package.

Yea we did not include it yet. I guess we will just have to wait for them to ask. I know it will take additional time but right now we are short on cash. So gotta save money for the medical exam.

(Is this in response to the I-131 or the I-693?)

Well the medical exam is required initial evidence. I'm not sure there's any advantage to purposely applying without it.
