Vsc proceesing time

When i checked the proceesing time for csc and vsc i literally cried! I have only been waiting for my NOA2 for 2 months and a couple of weeks but i just wanna cry ! And hope for a miracle ! This is so sad

Write to your Senator/congressman. Even though you're only a short while into the wait, you're well within your rights to make a complaint about the processing time. They won't change anything until we all voice our complaints.

Our congressman is making enquiries on our behalf now and we will be contacting the Senator as well when we hit the 5 month mark. Make your voices heard.

They are approving November filers now. The processing times fluctuate for both CSC and VSC every couple months. I might not yet get it, if they now say October,15, do they mean they are 'stuck' ?

I just got a response from senator blumenthals office. When I wrote her she checked the processing times and it still had 5 months( we are past that time) then after she called it changed to October processing.

She said in the email

"I have contacted the Vermont Service Center about your case and asked for their review and adjudication. I will let you know once I receive a response, and please do the same if you get a response first. "

Maybe we need to ask our senator to give the vsc more workers!! They have been overloaded with more work because the csc handed over work to them

In the nicest possible way, sending tons of CSC work to VSC, CSC shooting through to January then VSC being stuck in October is ever so slightly taking the p***.

Aw, man, that sucks. I was all excited to see CSC updated to 5 months, but didn't check VSC. :\ I feel bad for you guys. When we first decided to file, I had prepped myself for a 7-8 month wait for NOA2 alone, so I guess 5 months now seems super awesome. Hopefully it all balances out soon and VSC catches up!

they might b processing 2013 filers at csc but the forgot abt the late 2012 filers from nov

I asked my fiance to right to our local congressmen. Hope that this will help. I wanna go back to the us before Christmas. I just left a couple of days ago Cant bear the separation this long!!!

It sucks...I want to cry too....i will hit the 7 months waiting on Saturday...and when i called today, a tier2 told me they are processing October 1st and that i should wait 25 more days...i felt so hopeless.... The only thing that made me glad i called was hearing from them that my case seem fine and in order...so hopefully that means no RFE for me....fingers crossed!!

I will continue to pray and bother my congresswoman in hopes to get my NOA2 before the end of the month....my fiance and i are so down and depressed, we have tought about abandoning it all and don't let countries decide our destiny...i know it sounds cheesy but being appart has become so hard, specially because we can't start our lives like we want to...I wish there was an easy way to do it all.

Anyone that has an NOA1 date of earlier than the 5 month mark at CSC should contact them immediately. Now that it's the official date, they have every right to do so.

Oh gosh!! I just filed in April. All this is so depressing and makes no sense. Shouldn't we be encouraging young, healthy, professionals to settle in the US and start a family? At this point its K-1 filers who are the perfect immigrants. It makes no sense to me that they want you to wait 7 or 8 months when even 5 months seems too long. After all at the end of all this you just get a 4 month temporary visa for the bene. Couldn't they push some of the processing to after marriage when at least the couple is settled in the States!! I just don't see what could possibly take longer than 3 months. Which by the way is the time it takes H1B dependents to get a Visa!! Its like we are being punished for being citizens!!
