Has anyone noticed that the cases for Dominican Republic are being processed at a virtually NADA pace?? Is there something against this country?? I heard that it has a lot of fraud...but ranting33va.gif . This isn't fair!! My NOA1 was 10/22 and I think that Vermont is half way done with NOVEMBER?!?!?!? ####### is going on????? Can anyone shed some light on this Dominican situation?!

so dont take it personally, VSC has actually just started processing Nov this past week, and they have done to date only about 20%, the manner in which petitions are being processed is prety VSC typical over the time I monitored it

there are still Oct petitions left, perticulalry from the end of OCT, you will probably be getting your NOA2 soon

It's nothing personal on the country itself, The service center work at different speed, at one point VSC was the fastest, Then it was CSC. As far as the fraud goes in DR It's like that around world wide where they are issing a visa, thier are some country with a high fraud alert then other, but as long as you can show your proof of you bonafide relationship there shouldn't be much of an issue unless they see otherwise.

We have the same Noa 1 date and close reciept number I have yet to recieved my Noa 2 as well. I know it will come soon. Faith is all you need, facts are just there to annoy you during the process. Even though you wish you had more answers and facts all we can do is wait and try not to drive ourselves crazy in the process!
