  1. Where are the Dominican Republic filers? What stage is everybody at? If you already have your NOA2, is anyone thinking of expediting? Currently I am awaiting NOA2. My NOA 1 date is 7/14. I am getting paperwork together for an expedite but I am not ready to submit yet.
  2. Hi, I was wondering if anyone has been able to schedule or reschedule a visa interview in Santo Domingo? I have called twice and have been told they are still not scheduling interviews since they do not know when they will be doing them. Although when I log into the ustravdocs site it showed me a box stating the next available interview appointment for this month. When I tried scheduling every date I picked said no availability and with the limited number of attempts I did not want to try again. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
  3. Hello everyone- still trying to perfect my petition here. So my fiance from Dominican republic, he has a very young son. The son stays with his mother and will not be coming to the US with his father. Should I still include him on our petition? Or not because he will not be coming? Thanks in advance!
  4. Hi I'm a American citizen by birth my husband is a Dominican citizen and we are currently pregnant due in December. I would like to know people's experiences with filing dcf at the embassy in DR how fast their spouse received the visa that kind of thing. We planned on having our baby in America not here (hospital are a lot better in America) I've never known anyone that went threw the process personally I just don't want to leave my husband yet I hoped we'd leave together and emotional I need him. I know many people spend years apart (his best friend is a LPR in America and his wife is still here the process is a lot longer for LPR) He's never been arrested in his life or has applied for a visa just a very good hard working man that wants to provide for his wife and child he even has a job lined up in America!!! Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond
