AOS travel question

My wife just received her 2 year green card after about a year...no stamp in passport and no interview.

We filed the I-131 with the I-485...here are the questions:

1. Are we good to travel outside the country (anywhere) now?
2. Is her PH passport still good since she's a "permanent resident"

Her PI passport shows she is a citizen of PI.

That is unrelated to the Greencard that shows she is a Permanent Resident of the US.

For travel, she needs visas like any other PI citizen (except Canada and Mexico allow US LPRs to travel visa-free). The GC is only to let her get back to the US.

Just to add to Harpa's great answer:

Her EAD and AP are void now that she has the green card. They were only temporary documents until a decision was made on her AOS.

The green card allows her to work in the US, and to travel back to the US without any visa. EAD and AP were doing the same thing.
