i864 or i864ez?

Hello!

My husband will sponsor my daughter and me. my daughter is a US citizen so she is not going to immigrate but will still live in his household.

Now we do not understand which form we have to fill out?

If your daughter is not immigrating then he is not sponsoring her.He needs to count her in his household as a dependent but he isn't sponsoring her. He can fill out the I-864ez if he meets the three requirements. We chose the I-864ez form because we met the requirements and it was significantly less work to complete.

I see thank you. Do you think it´s bad, if my husband filled out the other form?

He only has VERY lmited access to printers and a post office.

I know we meet the first 2 requirements for the ez but not sure about the third because i do not know what form w2 is?

was confused because i864 says, if none of the 3 requirement are met of 864ez?

You can always use the I-864, even if you are elligible for the I-864EZ, so you didn't do anything wrong.
