Please help! I'm still in INITIAL REVIEW after they touch our paper.

We sent our petition on Sep 26 2012 and got out NOA1 Oct 18 2012.

Today I checked and it says
"On May 2, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

and our paper is still on INITIAL REVIEW.

What does it mean???
They reset our date?? We've been waiting for almost 7 months! Does it mean we are going to wait for another 7 months again?

K-1 Visa: I-129F filed November 6, 2012, NOA2 May 17, 2013, Interview and Approval July 24, 2013

POE San Diego, September 13, 2013, Wedding October 25, 2013

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

ROC filed December 3, 2015, NOA1 12/4/15, Biometrics 12/31/15, ROC Approval on June 16, 2016, 10-Year Green Card received June 22, 2016.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

No RFE at any stage, thanks to VisaJourney!

2013 November 19: AOS, AP, EAD sent (NOA 1 on 11/22/13)
2013 December 17: Biometrics, San Marcos, CA, 2013 December 24: Online status changed to Testing/Interview

2014 January 23: Interview notice mailed (for 2/27), 2014 January 24: EAD card production, AP approval (card received 1/30/2014)

2014 February 27: Interview and Approval, GC in production (card received March 6, 2014)

2016 June 22: 10-Year Green Card Received, done with USCIS for a while!

2023 December 28: notice of interview scheduled for February 13, 2024

2024 February 13: naturalization interview (five-year rule) passed, same day oath - now a US Citizen and done with USCIS!

Yes this message probably indicated that you will be seeing a noa2 or RFE soon, it will stay on initial review until one of those items is mailed out, and for some does not change even then. Good luck!

Man, oh, man! That's the same kind of stuff I was freaking out about--and mine actually said, "Approved!" And I still couldn't breathe easily.

Just keep checking, even late into the evening. Hope it's an approval, and then you can freak out, but in a good way!

OMG!!! BUT ours said INITIAL REVIEW...

I am just here in my laptop clicking refresh refresh.. :( I am afraid I'd spent the whole day here...

I am very anxious right now!!

the only thing we can do is to wait...just wondering also why our status cannot be found at this time every time my husband check our status thru online we got already our NOA 1 but everytime we checked Cannot be found at this time.omg, anyone had experienced like this?thank you in advance.



What will be the status thru online after recieving NOA1?Thanks
