hey guys..quick question..my wife and stepson needs to get a full medical exam..do they need to get it from a civil surgeon or a regular doctor can do it..then take it to a civil surgeon in order to be transcribe..is it right?..if not please advise..thanks..

I-693 medical examinations can only be completed by a designated civil surgeon.

yes tahoma..did had theirs done at st luke's hospital..but I figure since it has been a over a year..that they would ask for a current medical exam..if those are unnecessary..should I just look for a civil sugeon to transcribe her medical records..

I believe if it's been over a year since their medical, they'll need to get a new one. I'm not sure if the new medical needs to be done by a civil surgeon.
