I too have been waiting for my NOA2, i got my NOA1 on November 19. When i did a timeline on this site, it gave me a statement of "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as March 20, 2006*. "

I dont know what it means. My husband is getting so cranky because of the wait, he hasnt held his 8 month old son yet, and hes causing me to stress more than i was before. im 29 and have one white hair that i named after him to prove it.

I say we all go to CSC and sit inside til they give us our NOA2's :)

Im just so very glad to be able to go through all of this with other people. Before i discovered this site, i was alone with no one to talk to, or share feelings with on this wild,long,stressful,nail biting adventure.

May 2000- met my edi in Romania

May2000-December 2003 talked online,phone,emails, snail mail

December 2003- moved to Romania to be with him

January 2005-came back to go through pregnancy in USA

November 14-2005 sent I-129F

November 19-2005 NOA1

January 30-2006 never touched,still waiting NOA1

My FIANCE is getting cranky :) we call eachother husband and wife to saying that and out of saying boyfriend and girlfriend, b/c hopefully SOON we will be husband and wife. :luv:

Hey guys!!!!!! There is someone alive at CSC we got our NOA2. Got the email this morning saying our case was approved January 30th 2006. Hang in there everyone looks like a happy valentines day for us all may be coming!! :dance:

Interview date: June 8 2006

Visa approved

August 20th 2006: Our wedding day

August 27th 2006: AOS and EAD mailed to Chicago lockbox (day 1 let the waiting begin again)

September 1st 2006: NOA from MSC for AOS and EAD stating AOS and EAD recieved (day 6)

September 7th 2006: EAD touched (day 12)

September 15th 2005: email stating AOS transferred to CSC (day 20)

September 16th 2006: Biometrics (day 21)

September 18th 2006: EAD and AOS Touched (day 23)

September 21st 2006: Snail mail transfer notice (day26)

October 18th 2006: Still waiting (day 53)

November 2nd 2006: Still waiting (day 68)

Jan. 11 2007 : Still waiting nothing since September 18 (day 138)

November 22 2006: EAD Approved

Feb. 22 2007: Still waiting (day 180)

March 5th 2007: Finally a touch case now pending at the office it was transferred to wooooooohoooooooooo (day 190)

March 6 2007: Touched again (day 191)

March 7 2007: Another touch ( ohhhhhhhh I'm all fluttery inside ) (day 192)

March 12 2007: Touched (day 197)

April 3 2007: Touched ( day 220)

April 4 2007 : Touched (day 221)

April 6 2007: Approved (day 223)

3-16-2009 Re-Sent I-751

3-17-2009 Received by Vermont

Waiting and watching the calendar flip ever so over closer to 4-2-2009 (When my 2 yr GC expires) . . .

4-2-2009 Received I-751 back AGAIN! Oh and my GC expired today.

4-3-2009 Re-Sent I-751

4-4-2009 Received by Vermont

4-6-2009 Date of NOA-1 Extension Letter (Rec'd 4/13/09)

still waiting too and our case hasnt even gotten touched... Dont know what they are doing with it.

I do read very often that other petitions got touched a few times and they showed up at CSC later than mine. What could that mean ?

We were never touched by either the I-130 or I-129F, and they were both approved. Don't stress about it, I'm sure its nothing.

Hey Guys, Just a little addition. For anyone worrying about not being touched or seeing signs of life from CSC, We recieved our NOA1 on November 9th, then our case was updated on November 30th and nothing more until today when we got the NOA2 approval notice. So anyone who hasn't seen anything don't drive yourself crazy worrying like I did. Maybe no news is good news!!! :dance:
