Hi everyone! Just sent back the 3032 form back so guessing they'll be sending the 864 support papers????? but the question is will I have a problem showing support as I'm retired and until recently didn't have to file???? I will have to file for 2013 cuz of receiving SS.(bummer!) I do beat the 125% poverty level but my income is just SS and a pension. Any help is appreciated!!

They don't send you forms generally speaking, you have to fill them out. I suggest highly reading these wikis:

whoa - stop a moment.

Please consider to OPT IN FOR NVC Electronic Processing - it's OPTIONAL for Guangzhou IV, but it shaves 2 to 5 months off of 'dead zone' time between 'NVC out' and 'Interview date set at GUZ IV' timeticks.

First, NVC rarely sends forms (I-864 or DS-230) unless you are stuck in postal processing mode with NVC. Postal Processing Mode sucks. It's about 3 months per form, so thats at least 6 months. Folk here at VJ get the forms via download from the internet, see

Third - for I-864, show what you got. You may be ok, you may not be ok. Think to source out a co-sponser as well.

First! Darnell-you da man. Thanks! After they accept payment I will go electronic (things you learn as you go) but question is do I send the 3032 when asking to go electronic and is the 3032 sent from NVC the correct one. I read somewhere there's two different types! Yes I did say I sent it already

but cancelled FEDEX this morning after reading your post!

re: ds-3032 - review my wiki page, there's a d/l link for the ds-3032, also I-864 also DS-230

SHE can fill out the ds-3032, print it in china, sign it there, scan to pdf and email it back to you.

the OPT IN Process is via email to nvcelectronic@state.gov but

the email is really specific - study the wiki page again.

it's the file attachment, the body of the email and the subject line - all is specific (but don't OPT IN till you pay the AOS fee bill or life is wonky)
