The instructions i received for visa instructions for fiance nonimmigrant visa application" say:

"Complete and mail only to this office FORM DS-230 PART 1- Immigrant visa application - biographic data along with a copy of your passport"

Do I need form DS-230 PART 2 also? When I look at PART 2, it states that: "This form(DS 230 part 2), together with form DS 230 part 1, constitutes the complete application for immigrant isa and alien registration"

Anybody know if i need to include PART 2? The instructions we received did not say anything about part 2.

Yes you send both Parts I and II of the DS-230 to the NVC, after filling out all the information on all 4 pages (except the very bottom of page 4) the beneficiary dates and signs Part I on bottom of page 2 only. Part II, which are pages 3 and 4 of the DS-230, the beneficiary signs in front of the consular at the interview, which NVC sends to the Embassy/Consulate that does your interview.

For the K-1, you only need to complete part one to send it in to the embassy, but you will need both sections completed to turn in at the interview. You do not need to complete the SSN section, as you do not qualify for that portion.

They are filing for fiance, which is a different process to complete the document.

I assume it depends on your consulate. Some want everything, some only part 1. If the instructions say to send part 1 by mail, then send part 1. Bring part 2 to the interview just in case they will want it.
