One thing more when i petition my husband on the K1 visa we used co-sponsor for safety even though that time i got hire and am working since Nov 2012 but my history of income tax for 3 years is below poverty only around 6 k to 7k yearly but this year i am going to be above poverty guideline. The thing is i ask my sister to help me out from when i file k1 i told her that its only for 3 month and after that she is not responsible anymore . Im thinking i should be fine if i dont need a co sponsor this time as i am with that employer still for 5 month and will be continously pls any advice is welcome thanks again...<br>

List your gross income for the year. How much you make an hour times how many how many hours you work a week. Then multiply your weekly pay by 52 weeks. Provide a letter from your employer and recent pay stub(s) to prove that income amount.

You might be okay with your current income because that is what is most important, but sometimes they may ask for a joint sponsor when the job is fairly new and/or you are on the borderline of the income requirement. Try it without a joint sponsor, but perhaps have one lined up and willing just in case they send an RFE and ask for one.
