You filed March 15th and finally received your NOA1 on April 12th?

What you need to do is study what is required at the NVC and wait. :)

it's weird.. is says here.. "from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

it says here.. Notice of Approval of Relative Immigrant Petition"

it says here "The visa petition you filed has been approved. etc etc"

is this NOA1 or NOA2? LOL?

NOA1 = Notice of Receipt of your petition.

NOA2 = Notice of Approval of your petition.

just browsed some site..

Btw writing last before a date with a year is really confusing. Last March 15, 2013... There is only one March 15, 2013 in existence. Had you not added the year, the last part makes sense but as you did, it isn't needed.

So you filed the I-130 on March 15, 2013 and when did you receive your USCIS number? (even by email?) Was it April 12, 2013 ? April 20, 2013? Some date between? Or did you receive another letter that said approved?

If you want you can scan the letter, cut or cover up the personal information, and post it here.

Im kinda confused..

Yes first letter gave us a number and it says here "The visa petition you filed has been approved."

The reason why I wrote April 12 - 20 2013 is because last April 12,2013 they already finished their letter to me and then I only received the letter last April 20, 2013 because of the courier or mail got delayed i assume..

NOA2 is approval of what? if it's of petition then i'm in NOA2 already...

I'm sorry. I'm very confused. Are you the beneficiary or the petitioner?

When was the petition sent?

Where was the petition sent?

You have received 1 or 2 letters?
