As per the Igor's list for K1, they're working on October 2012.

09/27/12- Sent I-129F via UPS10/01/12- 129-F packet arrived in Texas10/03/12- NOA 1 routed to VCS10/09/12 Received hard copy of NOA 104/09/13 Received Rfe04/17/13 Replied to rfe07/16/13 NOA208/15/13 Manila Embassy Interview<p>Met in Memphis, TN

AOS

10/17/13- Sent AOS,EAD,AP

10/21/13- Noa1 (EAD and AP)

10/23/13- Noa1 (Green card)

11/19/13- Biometrics Appointment

12/1413- EAD and AP approved (card in production)

Yes, October seems to be their current month and I guess previous months that received any RFE. I am a Nov filer and I'm hoping NOA2 will come soon.

I see your timeline is on the 5 month mark, yours might be coming soon hopefully! Can't wait to get my approval even though it's only been about 2 months and 2 weeks...

Well thats good because I applied in February!! Soon..

Well don't know if this is a good thing but I am a March 1 filer and I just got a RFE email and Text . Can this only be a good thing ???????? Comment away

That is a good thingg!! You applied in March and they are already checking yours!

You are so lucky! Im a march filer! I wish i got an rfe! Atleast i know they workinh on it

Honie it's odd though I checked a lot of case numbers around my case I'd # and mine is the only one with rfe maybe I forgot something ? I don't know but I do know I am praying to be with my other half ASAP

I forgot my letter to intent! And idk eht todo if i shod send it now or wait for an rfe! Im a march filer as well! An the wait is killing me!
