6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

Yea as far as i know i got none of that. I do send her money via moneygram. She has a bank account that she put the money i send. So i have to buy a land? Tell her to put the land in my name and hers? I don't know what else to think as evidence.

You don't have to buy land for her.

For evidence of bonafide marriage, you can present these:

- NSO marriage certificate

- Wedding photos

- Pictures of the petitioner and beneficiary together: on different places/occasions, with family and friends

- Remittance slips/receipts showing the petitioner's (sender) and beneficiary's (receiver) names

- Birth certificates of children of the petitioner AND the beneficiary (if applicable)

- Email, Skype, Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp, BBM, iMessage, SMS printouts

- Skype video call screenshots are also useful

- Skype video call logs

- Letters, greeting cards
