CSC Moving forward or backward?

Has anyone tried to figure out if CSC is moving forward towards January since they seem to be processing December, or are they going from December backwards towards July?

I thought it too..But I think They'll keep doing foward jan till feb and with them aug to oct...So they can keep National Goal....

Well I really feel sorry for those are waiting for so long, but also I want my noa2.

Probably till august they solve all.

May 24th 2013 - NOA2 (3 months 2 weeks 4 days)

Jun 07th 2013 - NVC Received (14 days after NOA2)

Jun 10th 2013 - Got Number (RDJ) ( 17 days after NOA2)

Jun 11th 2013 - NVC Left ( 1 day after get number)

Jun 13th 2013 - Consulate Received (3 days after RDJ)

Jun 17th 2013 - Got email from Embassy ( 4 days after Consul received)

Aug 13th 2013 - Interview (60 days after Consul received)

My guess is after pushing out Nov and Dec to repair the averages, they will continue processing at a higher rate, but will have some people going forward, and some going into backlog, to eliminate backlog but also reduce it's impact on their average. Within a few months they will be "caught back up" until the next crisis or priority shift comes along.

Couples that applied in Juy-Sept 2012 have more than earned their K1 app to be approved. Just for the extended wait time. They should all/everyone be approved without question, just because of the unnecessary wait and stress on these people. I have a NOA1 of Oct29/2012, I dont even want to think of a 10-12 month wait. Makes me sick to my stomack !!
