Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if someone can advise me a little.....

I have a company in the states who said if I have a work visa they will accept me. " The only challenge in your case would be that we require all employees to be US citizens or have work visas based on new hiring policies. If that is something you could work out then we would love for you to apply".

It seems like they are crazy busy and are happy to have me there but getting them to fill out the necessary paper work I believe could prove difficult as really they'd be doing me the favor....Could I fill it out and send it in for them? If I got the relevant info off them? Or at least most of it and then send it to them?

Also why does the H3 cost $325 but you can go in on a trainee J visa for the same amount of time and it doesn't cost the sponsor yet you can work on both so both are in ways work visas?

Thanks for reading hope someone can shed some light on this for me.

I'll wait for some feedback here before I email them back.

Ciao for now.

Well - what they tell you is you need to be eligible to work in US, then they can hire you. Work visas are obtained by employers for their employess, and since they obviously don't want to do it, then it's not going to happen...No, you can't fill it out yourself and send for them. Also, earliest time somebody will be able to apply for H-1B (most common work visa) is April next year, visas will be given out October next year.
