Expedited Process?

Has anyone had a reason to expedite the process? How or when do they notify you that you case will be expedited? Do they even tell you?

There are many on here who have requested expedite and they notify u. But they do let you know yes or no.

Actually, the above is sort of wrong because expedites are usually to bring people together- ie when the beneficiary is abroad and the US spouse is active duty military about to be deployed, or has a high risk pregnancy,or terminal disease etc. In your case, as you are doing AOS, you are already together, so there is nothing to expedite.

What do you need an expedite for?

Yes, we are together but we were told that we might be able to get through the process faster since I have cancer and cannot work. My husband is working without permission right now so we need him to get his work permit ASAP.
