Hi Folks, (Vermont Service Center)

I was wondering where K-3 stand for those folks who is waiting for approval. My case was touched on Nov 1,2,3 and 4 in a row. Please post your touches or approval. Thanks!

09/19/2006 - Recd @ VSC

10/02/2006 - NOA1 I-797C Date

10/23/2003 - Transfered to VSC

11/16/2006 - Approved

11/22/2006 - NOA2 Received in mail

12/07/2006 - Touched

12/08/2006 - Touched (I guess my $200.00 is working now, I-824)

12/13/2006 - Email saying Duplicate notice sent

10/07/2006 - Mailed to Chicago

After it was transferred to VSC, my case has been touched twice. I have seen people getting approvals from CSC after their case was transferred there.

I'm thinking about same thing. What info do you need, besides name, NOA1 date? I think you may want to add the date of transfer to VSC and eliminate new form/old form.

Mine hasn't really budged. see my timeline below. getting really discouraged.

I-129F/K3

08/22 - I129F - Mailed to Chicago

08/28 - I129F - Received by Chicago

08/30 - I129F - Received NOA1

10/23 - I129F - Transferred to VSC

11/01 - I129F - Package rec'd in VSC

11/02 - I129F - Touch

11/03 - I129F - Touch

11/04 - I129F - Touch

12/15 - I129F - APPROVED!!! WOOWWIEE!!!

01/05 - Rec'd packet from MTL consulate

08/25 - Medical Exam

08/29 - Interview at Montreal Consulate / K3 Approved

09/07 - Entered USA via Champlain, NY border. All is good.

CR1 Process

07/01/06 - I130 - Mailed to VSC

07/14/06 - I130 - Received NOA1 (I-797C)

14/12/06 - I130 - ****APPROVED **** WOOHOO!!!! / But Retained..boohoo...01/03 -

I-824 sent to INS for Transfer of I-130 to NVC

01/09 - 200$ check cashed. No confirmation in mail yet..

01/11 - Touch

01/13 - I-797 receipt received in mail...

01/31 - Touch

07/31 - Approved I-824 / Sent to NVC

09/12 - Choice of Agent Rec'd and sent back to NVC
