I'm on hold with the NVC and listening to the NVC message:

ALL OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE STILL BUSY ASSISTING OTHER CALLERS, PLEASE REMAIN ON THE LINE..AS THE NEXT AVAILABLE REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU.............

line busy from early morning to now , what time they close ?

(GMT) is my time

Whenever I have called the NVC (at least 5 times so far), I have been on hold but usually not longer than 20 minutes.

They are available until midnight Eastern Daylight Time (= 4 am GMT).

I call after 10pm Eastern Standard Time. Usually around 11pm. I waited on hold longest 35min.s and shortest 9min.s You learn to just get used to it! lol

I usually call them in the morning (8ish) middle of the week (Tuesday or Wednesday). Was on hold for three minutes once, and another they picked up after the second ring! Otherwise, the holds for the other calls were never longer than 5 minutes. Good luck!

Once I've gotten a person right away otherwise my holds have ranged from 5-35 mins. I started using google voice for calls (or you can use skype) to save on long distance $.

They are open from 7am - 12am EST.
