HI any one help me

i applay i 130 oct 9 2013 my case transfer to NBC how long take processing time... i m waiting my husband approvel letter but no email.no mail nathing lot's of time call 1800 no but no ans...i don,t no what can i do it's all most 5.5 month..any one help me ple's

You can't really do anything but wait. Lately its been taking way longer than 5,5 months...

NVC case numbers March 22nd
My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

October 23rd 2015, Oath ceremony!!!!!​​

Please fill your timeline. How your local office is Chicago when you are from NC? Please provide detail information.

03/11/2013 - INFO Pass
04/04/2013 - INFO Pass
04/30/2013 - RFE - Properly complete and re-submit G-325A.
05/09/2013 - RFE hand delivered to Local office.
05/10/2013 - NOA2 - Newark NJ

NVC
05/13/2013 - NVC Received.
05/30/2013 - Case & IIN # Received.
05/30/2013 - DS3032 & E-mail sent to remove Attorney and appoint petitioner as choice of Agent.
05/30/2013 - NVC accepted request and stated that further communication will now directed to petitioner.
06/04/2013 - AOS & IV bill e-mail received, generated and paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS & IV status paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS package sent
06/12/2013 - IV package sent
06/25/2013 - AOS Accepted
07/03/2013 - IV accepted
07/03/2013 - Case Complete
07/30/2013 - Interview Date received

09/30/2013 - Interview

09/30/2013 - Approved

another thing - get an ISO at USCIS National CallCenter, and ask what date the casefile arrived at a local office.

Then ask which local office.

Then report back here.

Ok, I m done my timeline...and sorry my local office is Charlotte nc I m worry b'cos after approval I aplay for 601 waiver for for husband

YOu need to call USCIS, talk to Tier 2 officer whom you should ask if your case has been transferred to Local office or not. Or you may visit your Local office and see if they have your case.
