MY 1ST QUESTION IS, DO I HAVE TO SEND IN AN AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT BEFORE MY FIANCE GOES IN FOR HIS INTERVIEW OR IS THAT DONE AFTER WE ARE MARRIED IF WE GET APPROVED @ CSC AND HIS INTERVIEW GOES WELL? MY SECOND QUESTION IS, DO I FILL OUT THE I-134 FORM OR THE 1-864, I-864A, OR I-864EZ? WHICH FORM DO I FILL OUT AND WHICH FORM DOES MY SPONSOR FILL OUT?

I AM STILL WAITING FOR CSC TO APPROVE OR DENY MY APPLICATION, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THINGS READY IF THINGS WORK OUT IN MY FAVOR. I GUESS I CAN GET THINGS IN ORDER AS I SIT AND WAIT. I DID NOT KEEP A COPY OF ANYTHING THAT I SENT IN LAST YEAR ALONG WITH MY APPLICATION, SO NOW I HAVE TO PREPARE THEM NOW.

Hi, you need to fill out the I-134 and also send your Tax Returns, W2s, recent paystubs (3 or 4) and employment Letter. Good luck

It is easier to read if you do not type in all caps.

You did not file an application for a visa. You filed the I-129F petition. If it is approved, it makes your fiance(e) eligible to apply for the K-1 visa at the US consulate in their country. Once the I-129F petition is approved and your fiance(e) follows the procedures of his consulate in order to get an interview, then your affidavit of support will be needed. You are the sponsor and always will be. For the K-1 interview, you will need the I-134. After you are married here in the US and filing for adjustment of status, then you will need the I-864. If you need to use a co/joint sponsor for either affidavit, then they will fill out the same form as you do and provide all their supporting documents, same as you will. A co/joint sponsor also needs to provide proof of being a USC or LPR.
