129 petitioning forms.....

Do the forms for the 129 packet need to be the originals with original signatures, or can they be copies of the originals? There was a mistake on the form my fiance sent. She checked the wrong box on the 325 form, by checking Naturalization instead of the Other for fiance... This is a learning process, but i dont want to make any mistakes.. Thanks, Brian

Yes the forms need to be originals that are sent to the USCIS. They check the signature, it had better be in ink and noticeable that it is an original signature.

You may want to update your profile to show filed for: K-1 and other data, and do a timeline it some times help people answer questions knowing a little more about your case.

Definitely send the originals of the forms into USCIS. We sent photocopies of the G-325A and we received an RFE as a result. We had to resend originals before they could resume working on our case.

If you made any mistakes, just cross it out and fix it. A lot of people's G-325A's got checked the right answer on the first page, and then ticked Naturalization on the other 3 pages (when they were printed). It really didn't affect them because even USCIS can figure out that the I-129F isn't used for Naturalization.

They must be originals, with originals signatures for both the USC and the foreign fiance/e.

u can call the USCIS to make sure... my fiance filled up many forms, cos he kept on rechecking, making sure all entries were correct and called the USCIS if the forms he used were the ones required. i remember, there are new forms (because of IMBRA). check if u got the right revised forms, just makin sure correct me if im wrong
