I made 20k in 2011 which would have been considered 125% of poverty line, but only 17k in 2012, what amount and year will they take into account?

Any other tips or help about the poverty lines would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!

I went a month unemployed and a few months working for minimum wage in 2012. We are at the 100% line but 2k under 125% for 2012. I am now working 2 jobs and well over the 125% since the past 6 months but that does not show on my 2012 tax return. Will pay stubs or any type of letter prove I am making above the poverty line by the time we AOS if it is before the time 2013 tax comes around? Thank You!

2012 is your past income. Provide your current annual income gross total(your weekly salary times 52) and use letter from employer and most recent pay stub(s) to prove that amount. This applies for the K-1 I-134 and the AOS I-864.
