I got approved on march 1, 2013 and I am kinda worried because they haven't gotten my files yet. You should start calling the USCIS perhaps and ask if where the hell is your file. That's kinda long way over due as what I say. If nxt week I don't hear anything from them I will be bugging them till they give me my case #. Good luck to you, keep us posted.

Call the NVC first and get your NVC number (SDO201.......) [(603) 334-0700], give them your USCIS number, ask for your NVC number, then ask if they are waiting on anything from you. If they don't have it, call USCIS and get tracking numbers. Once you have your NVC number (or if you cannot get it with NVC or USCIS) call the DOS visa specialists in DC [(202) 663-1225], they are the most helpful. Once you know it is at the Embassy (or once you have your SDO201....... number) call the Embassy [$7 - (877) 804-5402] for your appointment date. They will probably not assign you a date until NVC gives the go that you submitted what was needed to them.

I'm worried your appointment date may be approaching and you haven't completed all your paperwork yet. That is an immediate denial or delay...
