I came to the US in 2002, on an H1B and got my GC in 2005. For the entire time in USA, I have never been stopped by a police officer and have never got a single ticket. However, I did have a couple of tickets in my old country in the years before I came to the US. There is no way that I could get any documentation. I was never arrested, and these were simply speeding tickets and one for going over a red traffic light after it changed. All were fully paid and I never went to court. Should I be concerned about these in the citizenship interview?

They are outside of the US and prior to you moving to the US. Irrelevant. The only things that matter are from visa to N-400.

No! do recall both my wife and her daughter had to get police reports from their home country that they did not have any criminal records for the AOS stage, that was the end of that. Also had a corrupted police department that would stop people for whatever reason just to get some cash from you, but went no further than that.
