i just completed the I-484, G325A, I-765, and I-864 forms. my wife and i were married on valentine's day. the 90 day window is up in 2 weeks. i want to send all these completed forms in, but i am getting confused as to where to send them. Chicago, Dallas, or the dreaded Vermont office?

i am submitting these forms all at once. i can't seem to find out which office i should send them all to.

if anyone can tell me, my new wife and i would greatly appreciate it. thank you.

Hi,

Go to the USCIS webpage and there you can find what you need. Click on the link that says "Download Instructions for Form I-485"

Hope this helps you

I highly recommend also filing the I-131,even if you have no plans to travel at the moment. The fee for it is waived, just like the EAD, so why not? I have seen too many people wish they had applied for the AP because something came up that made them need it and then not have it. Better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it.
