Hello everyone!

I've done all my research and am just about to file the I-130 packet when one question came to mind. I see the USCIS accepts credit cards for payment but how exactly do you do this? Include a page in the packet with the credit card information?

Has anyone successfully paid the fee with a credit card?

Jeff good luck to you in your process as many of us have been : ) I know for me I was thinking about using a credit card and what happens is you call a number they process your credit card # then they give you a confirm # or a special approval processing number to add to the application the process may have chnaged just dbl check that by calling them.

I thought that was only for e-filed application. I thought you have to send check or money order. I didn't read where you can pay I-130 application with credit card.

Payment has to be by personal check or money order. Unless an update happened to the process within these last days/weeks that i did not catch on

For an I-130 filing, payment in the form of check or money must accompany the file or the file will not be accepted. You can't use a credit card in this case.
