Hi All

We applied on 20th MArch and got our NOa1 on 25th March.

Igors list is so helpful and is showing decent progress. I am desperate (arent we all!) for a June or July approval. Really hope /think its going to happen judging by recent approvals.

WOW! Congratulations. It is exciting for us too, as ours is exactly one month from yours.

Any reason why yours was processed, like an expedite or congressman involved? ;)

No politician involved and not expedited.. I think CSC is just working fast and maybe it helps also that I made sure the packet that we sent out is very organized. My intent is for the reviewer not to have a hard time. One glance and flip pages they can see everything is legit and enough

I think a CSC adunctator is just done with his/her February caseload. But yes, I'm sure they love it when everything is organized like that. I am a very organized person and did the same, but still failed to include some minor things due to not reading up on here first. But, being proactive, I remedied that by sending in those amendments ahead of time to hopefully avoid an RFE. We'll see lol.

Received cell phone text on June 3, 2013 at 11:46 a.m. that states "Case Status Change."

Website reads:

On June 3, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail.

Received hard copy June 7, 2013 and they are asking for intent to get married within 90 days of arriving to the US, which we had already sent both original signed intent to marry documents the first time. Waiting for fiance's signed intent letter that was send express mail to arrive from his country to me, either today or tomorrow and I will send it out overnight/next day service with both his and mine original signed document together for intent to marry. USCIS should get it no later than Thursday, this week. OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS...Process time for possible NOA2??? (guestimations please) Feeling mixed emotions, needing assurance from readers, anything else I should do? YES, the intent to marry signed documents from both of us was sent in with original I-209F packet to begin with but for some reason they want it again. Go Figure?
