Hey Peter! I sent my ds 230 on January 18 they already reviewed everything . I recommend you contact supervisor to get it resolve but I think it's more chance that its was lost ? What I suggest is send another ds 230 package while you waiting for Supervisor to review the package? you can print the delivery confirmation and attached it to the email to the supervisor . Also, please write your case number on every documents you submitted to them. Btw , my case completed on Friday too :))hoping everyone receceive good news next week :D

Peter7: I sent my DS-230 package on February 12th and it was received on February 14th. I got case complete on February 23rd (6 business days). I'm pretty sure your package is in the building but still being reviewed so I would either call them for the next few days to check the status because that's what I did. When I called on the last day before the weekend (23rd) the lady I spoke to told me my case was just completed that day itself. Don't worry your case complete will come very soon if all the documents requested are there. Keep me posted.

You're welcome! No they don't email you to let you know they received it. The IV Packet will be entered into the system once the reviewing has finished. But you must call them once everyday to know the status. For my case, everytime I called them regarding the IV Packet, I kept being told that it wasn't recieved. I called everyday from the first day it reached the building until the 6th working day and was finally told my case was just completed. Every case has it's own pace So hang in there. Keep calling them everyday.

Also once the case is complete, an email is sent to both the Petitioner and Beneficiary letting them know of the case complete. I didn't recieve mine yet. I was told it takes a few days after case complete. But anyways, I hope you get a case complete very soon :)

congrats on all the case completes here :)

Peter7, two weeks is not alarming but appears disappointing when you compare to others. give it till end of this week. meanwhile have you called to know if they received your package? they usually tell you "it has been received but not reviewed yet".

best wishes
