Correct me if I am wrong. What I am reading if I have copy of 797c from filing my I 130's theres no fee for filing i-129f?

I plan on filing K3 K4 visa for wife and son.

UMMM Not understanding why you will go this route...To my understanding it is much cheaper in the long run to file a CR-1.. If you search the forum for cr-1 verses K-3 I think you will find your answer..Good Luck

No there is no fee, but honestly the above poster is correct. Beyond that the K3 visa is virtually unobtainable because of administrative policies at the NVC. There are many posts on this subject.

There is no fee to petition for the K3, but in the very unlikely case your K3 path doesn't get closed at NVC stage and your wife actually gets that visa, there WILL be extra fees to AOS (Adjust Status) once she comes to the USA, so it ends up more expensive than the CR-1.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
