"You'll need to call USCIS when they are open -

note you'll get a Tier 1, CSR Sub-human™ -

once ya got one, you'll need to ask for a Tier 2, Immigration Service Officer".

if you are curious about your case, call USCIS. The first person you get is a CSR( customer service ReP) and they are only able to see just basic stuff online. ARequest you want to be tranferred to teir 2 officer ( Iso) pertaining to an inquiry about your case which only the tier 2 can answer. These days I hear they are reluctant to transfer but it does not hurt to try.

I made just one call to USCIS( more out of curiosity on how the process works than anything else) even though we were way below the 5 months mark. The ISO i got was very nice and informed me of transfer "to local office". Almost three weeks later i got our approval text/email.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

From looking at your time line and others that are simular you should be hearing from them with your NOA2 soon. You can call them to check on the status of it but it looks like you are pretty much in line with others that have timelines in the same time frame as you and they have started recieving their NOA2's at the end of last month.
