Case number starts with 3 letters. Those 3 letters tell you what center is processing your case.

VSC is vermont

CSC is california

etc

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The first the letters of your case number on your letter tells you where it went. If it says MBC it went to Missouri.

Missouri Service Center is MSC but it is also known as NBC the national benefits center.

Did you make an account and put in your case number to track your case? https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp

Did you file for a K-3 ? this could be the problem.

MSC is Nebraska

No its not lol

When i try to check the processing time for NBC it does show that they process I130 nor I129F forms

Many of the I-130's, without additional filings (such as I-485) are being sent to the closest local office for processing.
