Hello. Good Morning :D I paid hell getting logged on this site. I have no idea why. I guess I'm looking for a little support. My status is still unchanged. From Filing in August. And I'm reading on here. All these things that people are going through. And people fighting. Wow!!

I just made trip two in November. And traveled around . We are getting along just fine. I definately did my homework. I'm wondering how much documentation I should be keeping. Should I be copying every card or letter I send to China. Should I send things just to send them. And get more paper. My girl speaks good English. Our primary commmunication is QQ with cam. She hasn't mailed anything. Because she doesn't write English too hot. Its just ok. Other then that. I'm still waiting like everyone else. Have a Good day. Vern.

Hi Vern !

I find these two statements diametrically opposed:

I definately did my homework. I'm wondering how much documentation I should be keeping

Please clarify, for my wee heid? xie xie ni !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hey, don't get upset with the people on here fighting. In other words don't take it personally. Some people have strong opinions, and then someone is right, and someone is wrong. Some people want to push their ideas hard and they don't intend to be mean; they just don't wnat anyone to be led astray by things people write on here that is not dead on the truth. This is a wonderful site for people who need good information. You have to figure out who has good information, and pay attention to them, and then let all the rest of it go over your head. Sometimes you have to read between the lines because not everyone is talking about the same thing as well, which leads to misunderstandings and wrong information. Then yes, some people get started to fighting, and then it becomes a personal war between individuals, instead of trying to help the person asking the questions. But, all in all, this is a wonderful site, and for the most part people here are just trying to help. So, for the most part be agreeable, get what information you can, and forget about the rest, and when someone gives bad information it will be pretty obvious. Just take the good information! :)

Welcome Vern,

The more visits the better. I was fortunate enough to be able to make three, including to support her at the Guangzhou consulate interview.

Here is some more homework on relationship evidence, :guides: , in particular, the K-1 Guide evidence section:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Here is some more homework for you in your spare time, check out the China regional forum, and the Guangzhou consulate info and the consulate reviews.

Happy trails.

You do not need mountains of proof, but the proof they expect is pretty specific. You need to prove you have met (airplane tickets, pictures together, passport stamps, etc)-you have done that. You need to prove you have an ongoing relationship, a couple emails a month or chat logs or letters, etc.
