My interview is in a week, but I have a question regarding the Birth Certificate.

Can we present the regular form or does it need to be the long form?

My fiancee has been to different offices and all say the same " That's all we can provide tou with, and it should be enough"

She used to have a long form, but when she applied for her passport, they took it away. Can this be a problem? :(

My birth certificate only had my parents' last names and first intials on it. I was really worried that we would have problems at the interview, but my fiance got approved without any issues. (Technically my bc is long form in WI, but I found out after it was too late that I could have requested a special bc with more information.) I agree that long form is better though.
