Please help. 2 f-1 status plan to marry

Hi,

My boyfriend and I both currently hold an f-1 student visa in the United States. It is my third year here for University and I'm originally from Canada. He has been here with his family for almost five years now, his parents have returned to England and he holds an f-1 status to attend university, as well. We have been talking about marriage for over a year now but are unclear of the consequences or process since we are both not citizens. Can anyone give me any details on what i'm dealing with?

That would depend on where you want to get married, none I can think of in the US.

A quick phone call or google will bring up whatever the process is where you are.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
