Has anyone of you here has followed up their NOA2 via email instead of calling?

Do they also had generic replies same when you call the customer service?

Here is some USCIS contact information:

Completely generic response except that they noted my expedite date in the replies. They said that they had 30 days to answer the request. I think I sent the first on January 17th and have yet to receive a real reply back yet.

In my opinion, calling and getting an ISO is probably more helpful and certainly quicker.

Hi Nola123, thank you.

I actually think that it's still better to call but I am the beneficiary. I am outside US so it's not possible for me to get to a live person with the only number available for calls outside the USA.

Well, you guys might be thinking where is my hubby (the USC) on this, I think it's just that he's not that eager for me to be there but I am. He just wants us to wait and wait until that approval comes.

But anyway, I would still try.

Thank you for all the replies.

I don't know if the beneficiary can't get an info via email either.

You can actually call from outside the US, I have a skype phone and it makes it seem like I am in America which is quite handy.

that's the petitioner's petition,

IIRC the foreign spouse won't be responded to, at all.

That's not the case at NVC, thankfully !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Whoa Nelly ! Want NVC Info? see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !
