NO. But some people got RFEs for them.

So I'm hoping chicago doesn't request.

If they didn't request yours, shouldn't request mine

I'm hoping that if they needed it they should of had added that to the documnets they were requesting! so let's hope they don't request it! I hope we hear from them soon!! Chicago needs to get to work fast!! you think I should call them? and would they even give me more info than what appears to be online?

KDH thank you for your help and info!

Well, today is 5 mos.

Having an RFE tells me you SHOULD hear something soon, but obviously that's just a hunch based on how it usually works.

You could consider doing an infopass apt and ask to speak to the person in charge at the field office.

Darnell has more info on how to do that.

I filed an inquiry with mister Dck Durbin since he's a big wig in the Senate.

I'm hoping they'll at least be able to get confirmation that stand alone petitions ARE being approved.

I also asked if they could find out an approximate time frame for approval or find out what petitions are currently being approved.

Jackie, since you are past 5 months, I would also have you fax in the form since your case is obviously much stronger than mine.

It would be great if we could all fax in the file.

If he got (6) faxes from us, then maybe he'd see it might actually be a problem.

I also mentioned to him about the Atlanta filers finding out no one was approved.

maybe I should have also included "PS I'm a Democrat" You know... just kinda sweeten the request.

I filled out the form here:

http://durbin.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/contact

And Also completed the privacy release form that is linked on there.

They MUST have the signed privacy release form to inquire on your case.

Tell them that you are at a field office and they can't see the rest of your information.

I just kept saying 'please transfer to me to a tier 2 supervising office' and she finally did.

You think I should try again today? or should I just wait till Monday? I dont want to over push it.

as far as the email for the senator I just email him and I'm faxing the release form now.

You have to repeat it firmly 3 times for them to transfer you. I usually make it quite clear that I will report them for lying by saying that an ISO can't see more than them and request their name and information again. That works, except for the one I had to yell at on Wednesday.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Thank you I'm going to call them later. Hoping if I stand firm they will let me speak to an ISO. and get some answer
