Hello, guys.so im filling up my G-325a form and got a question.i've read a lot on forum and think i didn't see any answer.so,i'm on the question about current and former husband/wife. i didn't have any, so logically i put NONE,but what to do with the next boxes in the line, concerning husband's/wife's name, date of birth etc? in the sample i've found here, the boxes are left empty.but i've read somewhere that there shouldn't be any boxes left blank?! i'm really scared of getting RFE for this(( please, help, who's already filled those forms up and got everything smooth with their documents!! Thank you in advance=)

I am following the sample. Putting none in the first blank for each question. Don't know if it is right or not, but thats what we have done. My forms are currently in transit from my fiance to me so I can send them in... I figured if it is a sample they publish, it probably is correct.

Since you have already answered "none" I see little risk in leaving others blank but if it bothers you just put "NA" (not applicable) Since you have never had a spouse, any further questions about a spouse are not applicable
